Scotty O'Hotty's Beer Bacon Burgers

  1. 3 lbs Lean Ground Beef
  2. 1 lbs Apple smoked Bacon
  3. 1/2 bottle Beer Bacon Chipotle
  4. 2 TBS Season Salt
  5. 2 TBS Garlic Powder
  6. 2 TBS Onion Powder
  1. Mix dry ingredients, sauce & ground beef together in a bowl
  2. Form burger patties (8 large or 15 sliders)
  3. Pan fry bacon (set aside for later)
  4. Grill 'em up! Only flip ONCE for nice juicy burgers
  5. After 3 minutes on second side add 1TBS of Beer-Bacon Chipotle Sauce, 2 pieces of bacon, cover with 1 slice of pepper jack (or sharp cheddar) cheese, melt!
  6. Top with grilled onions and serve on your choice of buns (we like onion or pretzel). Make it Hawaiian style by substituting grilled pineapple instead of onion. Accompany with your favorite craft beer. You can substitute any Scotty O’Hotty sauce for this recipe.
