Lime ‘n-Da Coconut

 

We take the juice of the coconut and shake it up with the Habanero pepper. Mix in some pineapple juice and, well, need we say more? Yummy! It’s like a Pina Colada in a sauce – use this on coconut shrimp, over cheesecake or ice cream. Glaze over chicken, pork or fish. Top cucumber slices with a mixture of lime coconut and cream cheese.
